Here is some doodling on a possible lamp design for use around the house. Elaine Douglas suggested I use the carving on the stairway as a basis for a lamp design. So I did. The lamp is to be oak of course, around five feet to the upper section just under the shade. It could be used as the basis for a few table top lamps.
